PureMist Vape & Smoke - Pre-Order Policy
1. Why Pre-Order with PureMist Vape & Smoke?
When manufacturers launch new products, we offer pre-order options to ensure you get the latest vaping technology. The first batch of new products is always limited in quantity. By placing a pre-order, you guarantee yourself a spot to receive the brand new product as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
2. Can You Guarantee the Product Will Arrive on the ETA?
No. While we provide Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) based on manufacturer information, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact arrival date. Manufacturers may delay production due to material shortages or other reasons. All pre-orders come with an estimated arrival time, and delays are possible. Please check the product page for the most current ETA updates.
3. What If My Pre-Order Cannot Be Filled?
If manufacturers cancel or reduce our order quantity, we may not be able to fulfill all pre-orders. In case of limited stock, we prioritize pre-orders based on when they were received (first come, first served). We will cancel and refund any pre-orders we cannot fulfill. We are not responsible for compensation when manufacturer issues prevent us from filling pre-orders.
4. Can I Change or Cancel My Pre-Order?
Yes! You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships. Please contact our customer service team to request cancellation.
5. Can I Combine Pre-Order and In-Stock Products?
No. Pre-order products cannot be combined with in-stock items in the same order. We recommend placing separate orders - one for pre-order items and another for in-stock products.
6. Can I Pre-Order Multiple Products with Different ETAs?
Yes, but we will hold your entire order until all pre-ordered products arrive. If you want items shipped as they become available, we recommend placing separate orders for products with different ETAs.
